Complete Fit is your self-guided complete workout solution to kickstarting toning and tightening your body over the course of 4 weeks! Each program arrives as a digital PDF E-book (no DVD or CD) that is immediately available to download and take with you to the gym or anywhere!
The workouts are designed to split into upper body, lower body, and core days through the weeks and are meant to be completed at the gym in roughly 45 minutes or so! The workouts include exercise tutorial videos with various coaching tips for proper form in case you aren’t familiar with any exercise in the program!
Each week also includes a sample healthy menu with meals to help speed up your results alongside your workouts!
