WHAT DOES THIS INCLUDE?
Begins with a fitness assessment questionnaire so we can learn about you and your fitness journey to determine your training goals so our TEAM GRIMES trainers paired with Victoria can put together a 12 week customized training and nutrition program to match your goals. This is different for every person and is not “one size fits all” type of program.
We require each client of TEAM GRIMES to adhere to a 3 month, 12 week, training commitment in order to see results and is the best timeline to work along. Once we fill up all our training slots we will close off enrollment for sign ups.
- Personalized meal plan that includes both macro requirements as well as example meals.
- Customized 12 week training program matched to your goals: bulking/shredding/ or contest prep

- 24/7 email support with TEAM GRIMES. It’s like having your own personal trainer on retainer.
- Consistent monitoring of progress and adjustments are made as needed
Weekly Check-In’s with the Team Grimes:
The best way for online coaching to make sure you continue moving towards your goal is to constantly monitor and gather feedback towards your program including: hunger, energy, workouts…etc. If we find that we need to change up your meal plan or workout regimen we can certainly much as many adjustments as needed.
